Ember & Oak began with a single belief: that the most extraordinary flavors are coaxed from the most ancient of elements — wood, fire, and time. Chef Marcus Vann spent a decade perfecting his craft across kitchens in Lyon, Buenos Aires, and Tokyo before returning home to build something rooted.
